Happy Valentine's Day: A Newly Wed Valentine!!

Happy Valentine's Day from Jori & Kimmy! We're celebrating with Drew & Emily Baker as they "live in love" for their first Valentine's Day being married!! We thoroughly enjoyed shooting these newly weds on a lovely February afternoon in their quaint small downtown apartment. Enjoy!

Everly's 3 Month Photo Shoot: a strange, cold world

We obviously had a blast photographing my (Jori) daughter, Everly Elizabeth Root. Of the many photo shoots we will inevitably do of Everly, we decided to portray an a-typical baby shoot using cold tones, in a cold environment, mixed with shots of her normally warm atmosphere: home. Pieces of Everly's known environment are mixed with her very unknown environment: the outdoor world! Typically, baby shoots are very warmly staged with bows with frillies galore. We thought we'd go a different route. Hope you enjoy!
